This school year I welcomed my twenty-ninth class into third grade. I enjoy teaching and got my love of learning from St. Charles. I attended St. Charles through eighth grade, and then went on to Lima Central Catholic. After high school graduation, I attended Miami University and received a degree in Elementary Education with a focus on the primary grades. I was then hired to teach third grade here at St. Charles. In August of 2002, I received my Masters Degree in Classroom Technology from Bowling Green State University. In 2016, I earned an endorsement on my teaching license in reading after doing coursework through OSU. I find great satisfaction in working with third graders. I think they are at a great age to educate and enjoy their personalities.
My husband and I live in Wapakoneta. We have two children. Kristin is eleven, and Connor is nine. They are involved in many activities so we spend a lot of time watching them explore the talents in which God has blessed them. We also enjoy traveling and doing things with our extended family.
