Cafeteria Charge Policy
2025-2026
Charge Limit
• Students will be allowed to charge up to 5 lunches. This is a charge of $13.75 for regular priced lunches. Once the account hits the allowable charge limit, they will receive an alternate lunch.
Alternate Lunch
• The alternate lunch will be a cheese sandwich and a white milk.
Communication
• A courtesy reminder will be sent to parents once the student account hits $5.00. This can be done via email, phone or a note sent home with the student.
• When the child is negative $11.00 for regular priced lunches, a phone call will be made to remind the parent of the negative balance. We hope this prevents the child from receiving an alternate lunch.
Purchasing of Extras/A La Carte
• When a student’s balance is $5.00 or less, students will not be allowed to purchase extras until funds are added. If there is a continued problem with obtaining lunch money, this limit can be increased at the managers discretion.
End of School Year
• Starting May 1, there will be no charges allowed. Students will receive an alternate lunch.
• Students will not be allowed to purchase Extras once the account hits $10.00.
