Dear St. Charles School Parents and Guardians,
First of all, a huge thank you to everyone in our community. Our parents, students, and teachers have all shown how one community can come together in a national crisis. United in Christ we are never alone; we succeed together.
I am in awe of the work our teachers and students have done in one week. St. Charles’s teachers have shifted to a digital and distance learning curriculum. These elite educators made it happen, overcame obstacles, and continues to provide instruction at a high level. Our staff will continue to reach out to each student that hasn’t connected with this new learning model. We will close gaps, solve problems, smooth the bumps in our road and make sure every St. Charles student has an opportunity to continue their faith-filled education. If you are experiencing any difficulties I urge you to reach out to your child’s teacher so they can better assist you and make adjustments as needed.
Grade cards from the third quarter are now ready. K-2 grade cards will be sent electronically via email to the parent/guardian on Wednesday, March 25. For grades 3-8 you will be able to view those grade cards through ParentAccess starting March 25 (as long as we do not meet with any technical problems). If you need assistance with logging into your account please contact me via email.
A reminder that our 2020 Bid for Our Kids Auction has moved to an online format. The auction will still take place this Saturday, March 28th. We have a ton of great items for you to bid on from the comfort of your own home! With nearly a dozen Main Event items and over 100 silent auction items, there is something for everyone. We will even be offering our very popular MYSTERY BOXES. We will have 200 mystery boxes available for sale at $20.00 each. Each box contains a terrific prize but one lucky person will win the coveted $2,000 Von's Gift Card! Bidding for Silent Auction items will be open from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., Mystery Boxes 4 p.m. until they sell out, and our Main Event items 5-7 p.m. Registration is free and open NOW!
